Location is very excellent and room is comfortable to me as I am usually go out around 9:00am and back around 6:30pm.

Not much. The room had mould on the walls, the bed head was ripped, the air conditioning had one temperature, cold, vents were black. When I went to reception and asked for tea , coffee and milk I was told it was a budget hotel and if I wanted that I could go next-door and pay $300. We froze in the beds as there was only one thin blanket on the bed. Staff on duty the next morning were very pleasant and helpful.

Location was good. Front desk staff were courteous. Bedding and bathroom were clean. TV and safe locker worked well as expected to.
